The honest comparison

Checking clubs onto a plane is the expensive option.

Two carriers, two baggage fees, one nervous wait at the oversized-luggage belt — against one door-to-door shipment you can track.

Your exact route, weight and service are priced live in the calculator before you pay anything.

What we move

Everything you would rather not carry through an airport.

Full golf bags

Hard or soft travel cases up to 70 kg. We ask for the case type so the right handling is booked.

Individual clubs

A new driver to your coach, a re-shafted iron back from the fitter, a single putter to a buyer.

Trolleys & push carts

Electric trolleys travel with the battery declared and packed to the carrier's rules.

Shoes, apparel & gear

Tournament kit, rangefinders and everything that fills the second bag you did not want to pay for.

Club to club

We deliver where you actually play.

Give us the resort, the club or the hotel instead of a home address. We confirm they accept deliveries, agree a date with the pro shop and send you the name of the person who signed for the bag.

  • Delivery timed to your arrival, not to a random weekday
  • Held at the club until check-in when the date moves
  • Return collection booked from the same clubhouse
  • Proof of delivery with the signature, by email

How it works

Booked in minutes, collected from your door.

01

Price the route

Origin, destination club and the weight of the bag. One final price in euro, insurance included if you want it.

02

We collect

From home, hotel or your current club — or drop the bag at a nearby point if that suits you better.

03

Sealed and tracked

The case is labelled and sealed at collection. Tracking starts the moment it enters the carrier network.

04

Waiting at the club

Delivered to the pro shop before your tee time, with a signature and a delivery confirmation by email.

Packing

Pack it once, properly — it decides every damage claim.

You pack the bag yourself and it travels straight to the club, so the case is the only thing standing between a driver head and a forklift.

  • Hard travel case wherever possible; a stiff arm or a broom handle inside a soft case
  • Club heads wrapped and taped together, driver head cover on
  • Towels and shoes packed around the heads, nothing loose inside
  • Old airline tags and barcodes removed from the case
  • Electric trolley batteries declared — never packed loose
Soft cases and cover

Damage to clubs inside a soft case without internal support is not compensated. Loss of the shipment is compensated either way — the details are on the insurance page.

My clubs went to Surrey for less than the airline wanted for one extra bag, fully insured, and tracked the whole way.

Booked on Tuesday, collected Wednesday, in the pro shop at La Cala on Friday. I walked off the plane with hand luggage only.

They called the club to confirm someone would sign for the bag. That single phone call is why I book with them again.

FAQ

Golf shipping questions.

Tournament kit, several bags or a tight tee time — send us the details and we will confirm the plan.

Five to seven working days before your tee time for Europe, and ten for long-haul. Collection is scheduled with you, so booking earlier only widens the choice of dates.

Yes, and it is the option most clients choose. We confirm the club accepts deliveries, agree the date with the pro shop and send you the signature once the bag is handed over.

Not strictly, but it changes what insurance covers. Clubs in a soft case without internal support are covered against loss, not against breakage.

Lithium batteries must be declared and packed to the carrier's rules — usually installed in the trolley, terminals protected. Loose or damaged batteries are never accepted.

Yes. Book the return leg at the same time or from the club when you know your dates. The price is calculated the same way in either case.

Tell us as soon as you know. Most clubs will hold the bag until check-in, and if the shipment has not left yet we simply re-book the collection date.

Let the clubs travel separately.
